After eating the pizza around 1am, I felt like vomiting around 2:30am but nothing came up. I went on to have a fever and chills. I drank a decent amount of water, a little after that it all came up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Chills

On 9/17/2017 my son ate 2 hard she'll need tacos and 2 soft shell beef tacos. Couple hours later he had stomach pains, dizziness, and used the bathroom to #2 3 times in an hour, then he vomited everything (large) out, twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
