I purchased a Strawberry Banana smoothie by the time I drank half of the 32oz I was in the bathroom throwing up, I was so nauseated then the diarrhea came. I have thrown up 2 times and had diarrhea 4 times.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate around 6pm est on 5/29/2021. I had a number 2 meal (spicy chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a diet coke). I had two sauces— barbecue sauce and ranch. the nausea and stomach and back pain started about 10-15 minutes after I started eating, when I stood up to go inside a store.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain

I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. 12 hours of extreme cramping, muscle aches, and diarrhea. My partner had the chicken burrito but no lettuce, salsa, or sour cream and was fine; so it was likely one of those 3 ingredients.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Muscle Pain

I bought a Big Mac meal w/ unsweet tea. 3 hours later I was vomiting everywhere. Had diarrhea chills and sweaty.
This was all I had to eat.
