I at at 1215 I had a burrito bowl with rice, pinto beans, steak, fajita mix, pick, cheese and sour cream. At 4 am I woke upnwith the worst stomach cramps I have diaherria, vomiting, nauseous, dizzy, headache, and chills  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills

I had a chicken bowl at the Arsenal mall in Watertown, MA. About an hour after I ate it I experienced sharp stomach pains and had to go to the bathroom. I had diarrhea like symptoms and had to keep going to the bathroom with diarrhea for the rest of the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
