I bought a fruit tray, ‘Party Tray’, via Instacart.2 days later I ate it. Less than 1 hour later I started getting stomach cramps. Next terrible gas and then I was in the bathroom. This is when the nausea and vomiting started. This went on all night. I am exhausted!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Gas

Orderded 5 meals for 5 people; I am the only one that ate a Cod Fish meal with coleslaw and onion rings. It came with tartar sauce, a slice of lemon and a roll. *I had a chocolate malt, but everyone else had vanilla or chocolate shakes… See more
