Ordered the queso bacon chicken sandwich. The queso didn't look right but I still ate it. There was something chewy in the sandwich. I couldn't even finish it. Now I'm throwing up and Nauseaus.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ordered the crispy honey shrimp. The shrimp tasted fine, but the brown rice looked and tasted stale. Within an hour of eating, began experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. Took Imodium a few hours later, but vomiting and diarrhea persisted. Currently trying to keep myself hydrated as best as possible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
