I ordered the oriental salad with an extra bread stick. Ate it for dinner and was up at 3:30am sick and trying to make it to the bathroom. Throwing up and severe nausea still continues. The manager and staff is awesome but the food has gone to pot.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had the chips and cheese with queso I didn't think anything of it. So I used the bathroom then after got my haircut next door and the same day later that night I felt really nauseas and I ran to the bathroom and started throwing up it still has not stopped. Monday 1:30 pm Order: Dave’s Double Meal Noticed: lettuce had a large dark spot with a lot of light spots. Should have been a warning. On-set: stomach pains at 4:30pm.
