Pizza with cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was not good at all but I thought that was just my opinion. All night I had gas pain so bad I was laying on the floor and taking a hot bath in between bouts of diarrhea.

mushroom soup I used Imagine Portobello Mushroom soup, 2 -8 ounce packages Aunt Mid's Gourmet mushrooms. I sautéed mushrooms in a bit of olive oil and chicken broth. Then added the Portobello soup and spices and emulsified until smooth. Wow do I feel sick. 🤮

Burger Two people. Cramps, diarrhea, vomiting and headache.
I ate a burger from there 1hour and 45 minutes ago. I'm very sick with cramps and severe diarrhea. I'm also very nausiated.

egg mcmuffin Felt kind of sick right away but as the day went on, got worse. Threw up the food later that night and had diarrhea all day. Had a stomach ache all day as well. The next day, had chills and a headache.
