Went to steak n shake for dinner at around 4 PM with my boyfriend, I ordered the original double and cheese steak burger with everything except onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. Started feeling sick about a half hour after eating, got diarrhea, within 2 hours I was vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Fiancé and I ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos, a taco salad and power bowal for our family of 5. It is 12/6/19 we ordered around 630 amd ate about 645. It is now 8 pm and we are all throwing up, feeling nautious and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got food poisoning from panera on telegraph on dec 6. Ordered the Baja warm rice bowl with chicken. I could have got sick from the chicken or avocado or maybe cross contatimination of romaine since this location still serves it even under the recall.
