A few coworkers went to McDonald's overnight around 3 am and now at 3pm all of us are vomiting and having diarrhea. 2 of us had chicken nuggets and fries while another person only had fries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Wife and i had taco bell around 7pm, she starting throwing up after a couple of hours. I felt fine, but she went to bed with a bucket next to her, we were in bed @ 1130pm. I woke up @ 3am with vomiting &  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My finance and I ate breakfast on April 1st. We both had turkey sausage, multigrain pancakes and chocolate peanut butter pie. Within 12 hours we were both experiencing severe vomiting and fever that lasted for 12-18 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
