Ordered a egg mcmuffin. It tasted “off” ate 1/2 of it at 800 am. At 400 pm I became violently I’ll. Vomiting diarrhea , chills, weak. That was yesterday, I stopped vomiting but still have diahrhea and cannot eat and can barely drink anything.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Weakness

I ate some chicken strips, French fries, toast and root beer. About a half a later I felt extremely nauseous and haven’t been able to leave the bathroom due to diarrhea. Even standing up makes me dizzy and nauseous so I had to call into work today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness

I order extra crispy chicken meal, crust was soggy but ate it anyway. There were little pieces of raw chicken but i took them out. Next thing i know, im vomiting and on the toilet with major poops.
