I had an OLD five piece hot wing meal with OLD greasy wedges. I was too far from the restaurant to go back once I saw the food. I ate it anyway thinking, "okay, it's chicken, it may taste ok". It was HORRIBLE! & DRY & GREASY. MY CHICKEN BONES EVEN WERE DRY!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ate a Newk's Cobb salad last night for dinner. Didn't eat much else yesterday. Tomatoes tasted very strange as did some pieces of lettuce. Woke up today with severe stomach pains, nausea, vomitting, and diarrhea. Done with Newk's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate around 1:30 pm (chicken burrito bowl with guacamole, verde salsa, and queso) started feeling nauseous around 5pm and vomiting around 8 pm. Continued until 3 am when I went to emergency room (7 months pregnant)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
