Red, and yellow icing chiefs color cupcakes stored on middle of isle display near fruit/vegetable produce on grocery side. Bought day before Superbowl. The kids and adults that ate them are all sick and the ones that didn't are fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills

My 2 sons have been complaining of stomach aches off and on for a couple weeks and would have diarrhea for the whole day they normally eat breakfast at daycare put sometimes we have time for cereal and the cereal that is causing the problem is Lucky Charms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
