Got a McDouble this afternoon 3/2/23. I returned it because there was a hair and they gave me a “fresh” one. Within 2-hours had cramping and diarrhea. My sister, who had a quarter pounder also got sick and vomited almost immediately after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had their food for a work event on Friday. All staff was sick with body aches, nausea, vomiting and particularly lower back pain. Doctors say salmonella poisoning. Chicken was undercooked on several plates as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Body Ache

I had a four cheese Hot Pocket on 2/16/23 and 10am the next morning, I woke up vomiting every hour until 4pm. I had a fever of 101.5 and chills and sweats and severe headache. This lasted 36 hours.

My 4 yr old and 11 year old ate the birthday cake yogurt on 2/20/23. Both had stomach cramps and vomiting a few hours after consumption.
