Thursday, We ate foxy romaine lettuce purchased there on Wednesday and Thursday woke up with diarrhea and vomiting, lots of nausea. Miserable and missed two days of work. Didn't start to feel ok until today more than 48hrs later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On May 10th I bought Ben and Jerry’s Phish food ice cream and consumed it around 9:40 pm. The caramel was so bitter and did not taste how it normally does. I woke up around 12 pm vomiting in bed. The evening of 5/5 I had spaghetti and marinara sauce. 4 other people in the party had different dishes and are fine.

Starting 2 hours after the meal I started having liquid diarrhea followed by vomiting.

I ate lucky charms the week of st Patrick’s day as a pregnancy craving - and luck of the Irish and my bowel movement was FREQUENT and also green.
