I have been throwing up and diarrhea for almost 24 hours now

Ordered 2 egg McMuffins and 2 sausage burritos. 01/19/2022.
I ate one of each. 4 hours later I had stomach cramping and nausea. Vomited the next morning, and had diarrhea for 4 days afterward.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
