Purchased packaged lettuce, cilantro and mint from shop rite, other purchased items we're grilled chicken, person affected was the only one to eat the lettuce and herbs, One person ingested items and within 1.5-2 hrs was vomiting and had diahhrea all evening till this afternoon.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had a carnitas bowl on Monday 03/26. A few hours later I was experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps that have continued for almost 48 hours now. My boyfriend had the chicken and did not experience these S&S.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
