about 7 hours after i ate my bowl of rice abd grains, i got this stomach ache. i ran to the toilet and threw up my entire meal, and felt very lightheaded and nauseous. i cant stand up for more than ten seconds without getting that feeling of lightheadedness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain

Had a latte and pastry in the cafe around 9.30am, hadn’t eaten anything else since dinner night before. By 11.20am I had liquid diarrhea.
