I think a steak chipotle bowl, It was just me. I got s steak bowl, brown rice, guacamole and pico de Gallo. This was Sunday late afternoon. Monday I went to work and began feeling all symptoms. I threw up, diarrhea and had to come home.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I became ill about an hour after consuming a Chicken Asiago sandwich and a tomato soup. A spent the rest of the day in bed with terrible cramps and pains. That night and for 6 days later I spent mostly from bed to bathroom. I went to ER and was hydrated with 3 bags of IV pain meds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Order a carnitas burrito bowl with guacamole. At about 1/4 of it since I was in a meeting and barely 30 minutes go by before I have severe stomach cramps with nausea. About 15 minutes after that I was vomiting. Seriously?? Wtf Chipotle.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
