Got a nacho fries box and a chicken quesadilla, about 5 hrs later, i started having gut cramps, and gas. Ended up in the bathroom for a good hr, had severe diarreah, vomitting and acid reflux and nausea. Had been first time in months i had chosen to eat at Taco Bell, and I probably wont again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Acid reflux

My girlfriend and I both had a #42 in a tub (side note, it did not have onions or peppers like it was supposed to). She was "lucky" to only vomit black liquid. I was up all night vomiting with diarrhea. This is the last time we're going to Jersey Mike's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate sesame seed tofu, orzo salad and tabouli salad. After progressive indigestion, I severely vomited during the middle of the night up to 3 times in 6 hours. No fever. No chills. Felt better in less than 24 hours, but was pretty tired and wiped out. Definitely from food.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Migraine, Indigestion

I ate an original chicken nugget kids meal on April 26, 2016 around 1pm with chic-fi-la sauce and a frozen lemonade. By 2pm I began feeling warm and and nauseous.
