fast as fast 140 - 150 according to my fitbit ic was wearing cob brand V2 when i was sitting while being nausous at the same time and sweating and headache and i thought it could be anxity but it was anxity because i have a phobia of vomitng.

8 hours later when school ended i got home and that's when it hit me the most my symptoms are 3:00 PM on 3/28/22 were

Low grade fever 99.7
cough
sore throat
stuffy nose
muscle aches
headaches

Oct 12, 2021. About 5 hours after eating a Marie Callender chicken pot pie. I had horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. The diarrhea occurred 3 times during the night. I did not eat anything else so I know it was from the pot pie.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Monday and felt fine after eating. However we both shared the Brew Pub Pretzels now turned into small little bite sized pieces (Unlike the original which were long sticks) And It was me who showed symptoms first after eating. I was very gassy and when we got home I started farting uncontrollably. And then I went to the bathroom and I had Diarrhea. I know that I was poisoned because My girlfriend who felt fine also had the same symptoms moments after me. I’m still feeling the effects where as my girlfriend is not. (It’s also because I ate more the of the cheese than she did also using it for my fries dip.) Also NEITHER of us are lactose. As I had a bowl of milk this morning and felt fine and last night and felt fine.

I believe chilli I got at a store.  Just myself. Diarrhea, vomiting, and diarrhea vomiting  just had chicken soup Saturday.  Finally felt hungry enough to to eat Sunday night.
