I got a vegetarian burrito bowl, did not get any meat either but omg horrible stomach cramps and I have had to go bathroom so many times. Cramps started before I even left the chipotle. Never eating it again!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I felt stomach pain in the middle of the night that persisted even with pepto bismal. I laid back down and later had more pepto. Eventually I threw up multiple times, eventually throwing up bile.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Bile
