12/3/23 Ate a can of spaghetti and meatballs a couple of hours ago, started getting intense cramps and had to go to the bathroom. I have diarrhea, nausea, and now vomiting I am currently sitting in my bathroom floor contemplating sleeping in here. My first sign was the pasta taking several minutes longer than the package said, to cook completely. Within 3 hours of eating the pasta both my kids were c/o stomach aches and then throwing up. My husband and I didn't eat the pasta, and we're not sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
