Ate the coleslaw around 8:30pm on 11/10/19, 2:00am reported abdominal pain, by 3:00am 11/11/19 reported nausea, fever, chills and severe diarrhea til approximately 4:30am. Continued symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea for additional 5-7 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain

A friend and I ordered crunchwrap supremes at 9:30 pm Thursday June 20th. He got chicken and I got beef. Was having diarrhea by 5am and was vomiting as well. The beef must have been bad because my friend who had chicken was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
