Ordered a #13 on white. No cheese, no tomato, add banana peppers. Ate the whole regular sub and bag of chips. About 7 hours later I had nausea that turned into pooping and vomiting all night. Did not consume anything after jersey mikes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Right now; I ate a dark chocolate double chocolate Klondike bar and am sick again. The same thing happened the last time I ate one several weeks ago; they are from the same package I can’t remember when I bought them; either October or November  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered the new rotisserie chicken sandwich with cheese and ranch and a little bit of lettuce with it being toasted. Within minutes of taking the first bite I was nauses with hot flashes and dirrhea. It happen in the Subway in the Walmart in Locust, NC.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
