Severe food poisoning from here on 4/21/21. Chicken, rice, salsa, corn, lettuce burrito bowl. I went to Taco Bell at 2 am on Sunday, June 26. At 1:00 pm that day, I immediately had diarrhea, nausea, chills, sweating, etc. I'm still not right! The Urgent Care Center said it was food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Sweating
