Got a number one combo on Sunday night around 4 o'clock in the evening. Started feeling nauseous around 8 or 9. Threw up once at midnight, again around four in the morning, have been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and fever for four days now. Finally starting to feel better today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever
