Ate Butch Block pizza and 15 minutes later had stomach pain. Got home 30 minutes later and passed out. Took ambulance ride to hospital. After about 2 hour I began to vomit on the hour. Discharged 6 hours later and next morning felt fine.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
