I got a 20 dollar fill-up on Sunday night and the next day broke out with a fever, nausea, and vomiting. Two other people that ate it with me didn’t get sick, but I’m the only person who ate the cole slaw so I am attributing my sickness to that. I ordered a jalapeno lettuce wrap hamburger and after a few bites realized the meat was rotten. It smelled really bad. Took it back in and they have me the new meatless hamburger which was raw and cold not cooked. I was sick for 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
