All I had was a small serving of their deconstructed Caesar salad and croutons. I had a small handful of romaine lettuce, croutons and about 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing. Food was catered to Red Cross donator appreciation event on Vancouver ave in Portland Or at 4:30 4/18/18  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Saturday, April 14, 2018. I thought I had indigestion from the onions on the sandwich and ended up with two days of stabbing stomach cramping, nausea, fever and chills and diarrhea. I had a pizza with pesto, garlic, chicken, bacon, olives, mushrooms and onions. Within a couple hours I was experiencing intense joint pain, gastrointestinal distress, almost constant diarrhea, and nausea.
