Had a anaphylaxis reaction to eating 10 shrimp in the shrimp cocktail. I've be buying it and eating it for years, but this time it woke me at 5am with diarrhea while vomiting at the same time, followed by hives that covered my whole body. Had to go to the ER for life threatening anaphylactic shock.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

On 4/20/24 3 out of 5 family members ate bean burritos from Taco Bell, the other two also had lunch there but no beans. 4/21 all 3 that had bean burritos had violent vomiting and diarrhea for 12+ hours, the other two were fine and never fell ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
