Wife and I both ate frigo string cheese on separate occasions from the same package and had severe vomiting diarrhea and fever. Eliminated all other foods eaten due to having company and the cheese being the only unique item we ate before becoming sick. Cheese looked melted into the package.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

An hour after my daughter ate a Cadbury Crème Egg she started getting an upset stomach, followed by intense sulfur burps. About 3 hours later she developed abdominal cramping and sulfur smelling gas. Diarrhea followed about 5 hours after consumption. She was miserable all day and night… See more

Ate at Arby's in Ontario Oregon on March 1, 2024, cheesesteak sub, got pseudoappendicitis (right lower quadrant pain) the next evening, bloating, diarrhea, and my stool tested positive for Yersinia enterocolitica.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating
