Not sure but maybe broccoli or mushroom - food poisoning  Mom had breakfast, eggs, mushrooms, and used frozen spinach. Today she woke vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea all day. I have no symptoms. We ate all the same food except the broccoli and mushrooms.

Mahi-mahi fish Me and my wife got sick 1 hour after we ate mahi-mahi fish we purchased here. My wife was vomiting for about 8 hours and she got the fever. I had same symptoms and still feel really sick and I have fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate seaweed salad that had been open but was refrigerated., I got sick the same day. No warning massive diarrhea within an hour. Lost 8 lbs one day. 6 days. Doctor sent me to ER. 2 IV drips so far  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
