Purchased a black bean burrito at approx. 3:30 PM from the Wyonissing Taco Bell (in the WalMart shopping center). Since approx. 8PM I have been going to bathroom repeatedly & still do not feel right.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Both my husband and I eaten shrimp fajitas at this location and became violenty ill within 30 minutes. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting for 48 hours. We notified the restaurant. Extremely rude and poor customer service!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My mom had beef taco and hubby had chicken and steak burrito. Both were sick with diarrhea, stomach pain and chills.
