It was later in the evening around 3 in the morning. I ordered cheeseburger meal with fries. Soon after eating my heart began to race and I felt very ill- then I proceeded to throw up and felt nauseous. Blurred vision and poor motor skills.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought their Shrimp Sushi for lunch yesterday and after 5 to 6 hours I felt pain in my stomach and started vomiting and having diarrhea. I remember checking expiration date on all the Sushi products they had in store and all of them labeled sell by Oct 29  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

August 31st - chopped chicken salad with spinach, pickles, tomatoes, and black olives. Ate it for dinner.
