Spouse and I both got pizzas (ham/pineapple/red sauce) on Wed night, 7/3/19. By 11 PM we were laid out with upper and lower GI distress. Child in our house was unaffected, since she didn’t have any of the pizza. Clearly not a stomach bug. Both had ranch dipping sauce made  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

This is the second time we have had undercooked meat from this McDonald's!! My son ate his chicken before I was able to see it. But my daughter had a burger from there a month ago that was raw!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
