Spouse and I both got pizzas (ham/pineapple/red sauce) on Wed night, 7/3/19. By 11 PM we were laid out with upper and lower GI distress. Child in our house was unaffected, since she didn’t have any of the pizza. Clearly not a stomach bug. Both had ranch dipping sauce made  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

这是我第一次去 chipotle。我在下午 3 点左右订购了鸡肉卷饼碗。昨晚差不多 11 点我开始病得暴力 —— 呕吐、身体疼痛、发冷。我整晚都生病了！我以为 chipotle 已经把它弄好了，但我无视几年前的谣言-错了。我永远也不会回去了。

Ordered To-Go from this restaurant February 5th, late Sunday night, only to be followed with two days of diarrhea and vomiting.
