I ate the Volcano shrimp, with Ayers Rock Strip, with the asparagus and potato soup. Nausea started roughly 30 minutes after consumption and Diarrhea roughly an hour to two hours after that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered off the 2 for 25 menu I got the burger and the steak stir fry. I got home got in bed was asleep for about an hour and a half then got up with diarrhea and vomiting at the same time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Weekend stayed at home due to Snowzilla. Yesterday, stopped by Taco Bell, Brainerd Rd & Hwy 153, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Around 3 hours started suffering terrible heartburn. Laid down.
