I went there around 8:30 PM last night. I had orange chicken, rice, and chow mein. I woke up at 4 AM with awful stomach cramps and nausea. I began vomiting and had awful diarrhea until 8:15 AM. I almost didn't go to work it was that bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had the shrimp tacos. I was throwing up and having diarrhea within 24 hours. I know it was not other food I ate after or before this because my boyfriend also ate the same food. The shrimp tacos were the only food he did not also have.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
