I had an Artisan Egg sandwich with bacon and a Mornin Melt Panini with sausage. The eggs tasted off so I didn’t finish either sandwich. I got severe gastroenteritis 8 hours later, with a low grade fever. I consumed no other food all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas

I had chick fil a chicken sandwich and waffle fries around noon. At 5:15 I started throwing up at work, my husband came at got me & brought me home. I threw up 6 more times until around 9:30pm.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
