I ate the sweet onion chicken teriyaki around 5:30-6 p.m May 12. Became ill in the middle of the night on May 13th around 12:30 or 1 a.m and have had profuse watery diarrhea and severe nausea, headache and generalized weakness all day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Weakness

Drank Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino around 9am. By 11am severe stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. Then nausea set in. 3pm....vomiting non stop.
