Had the chicken fajita bowl for lunch. It was the last thing I ate. Never got a chance to eat dinner, started feeling extremely ill around 7pm and vomited many times around 11pm. I'm very achy, very cold and cannot stop shivering.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I got severely ill from eating at the new Potbelly sandwich that opened up in Kingwood Texas. I had a turkey sandwich, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo. I ate it around 7 pm and started to feel nauseous shortly after. Around 5 am I had extreme diarrhea and stomach cramps that lasted 5 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ordered a chipotle chicken panini and an iced caramel macchiato. I'm sure I got sick from the panini. It tasted weird but I had never had it so I thought it was ok. I have been throwing up non-stop for the last 12 hours. I can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
