before and I bought all new grocery items including breakfast cereals (one being lucky charms). I ate it and halfway through my stomach started killing me and I thought, “well it’s not the milk because I just bought but there’s no way it’s the cereal…it did taste ofc though…” so I dumped it out and then struggled with the symptoms listed above for two days. I ended up having to finish work early because I got so sick feeling. I had a bottle of slim fast keto vanilla cream. And as soon as I finished drinking it I started to vomit. It was the only thing I had to drink. I was having it as a meal replacement for my breakfast. I could taste the stale coconut oil when I was bringing up the slimfast  | Symptoms: Vomiting
