Went out to eat with family. I had 8oz sirloin, loaded baked potato and blue cheese wedge salad. Within the hour after leaving I became nauseated. Then the vomiting and diarrhea started. The only thing different from the family was the wedge salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
