Last night, Only myself sick. Ate around 9PM last night. Noticed symptoms this morning around 8AM. Others ate there as well. No one else sick. We had common items with the exception of tacos. So that is my best guess for cause.   | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea

My wife and I ordered the same thing. Double chicken bowl meal. I was fine, she started to feel nauseous that night. The next two days were filled with vomiting and diarrhea and fever. She become extremely dehydrated and had to go to the ER. Better now but on meds and bed rest.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
