I got a couple of the chicken sandwich tacos for lunch. A couple hours later, I started experiencing stomach cramps and constant rumbling. Then, I began to experience watery diarrhea. It’s been constant for the last 24 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate a can of chunky clam chowder last night. Have been throwing up/diarrhea and blacking out for about 12 hours now 😱

I’m almost positive it was Kroger: 8745 Spring Cypress Rd Spring, TX 77379. However, we also shop at Walmart: 22605 TX-249, Tomball, TX 77375.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Ate chicken quesadilla. 1 hour later having sever diarrhea. Could possibly be a case of salmonella poisoning from the chicken. Will not be eating taco hell ever again. Can anyone give tips on how to solve the issue? Pepto bismo?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Had the chicken tortilla soup and 45 minutes later had intense stomach cramps followed shortly by diarrhea and vomiting. Do not order the soup here because they probably let it sit in the pot all day at unsafe temperature  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
