I got the four by four at this Wendy’s. Within 2 hours, I was in extreme pain with vomiting and diarrhea. I had to go to the ER for extreme dehydration. I would love if Wendy’s could fork over the $500 copay I’m going to get for their lack of cleanliness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal and had ranch as my sauce. I started to feel nauseated around 10:30 and threw up at 12:30am, 1:30am, 2:30am, 3:00am and 6:00am. The fever and chills persisted the rest of the morning up until 1:00pm  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
