I purchased chicken nuggets with frosted lemonade on Saturday June 16 2018 at 6:30 pm. I began feeling nauseous by 4:00 pm Sunday June 17 2018. I threw up with diarrhea 6:00 pm Sunday June 17 through Monday June 18 2018. I remained weak and tired the rest of the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased spicy chicken sandwich with frosted lemonade on Saturday June 16 2018 at 6:30 pm. By 2:00 am Sunday June 17 2018, I was throwing up with diarrhea every hour through 7:00 Sunday June 17 2018. My daughter and I both got the toasted coconut frozen yogurt. We didn’t eat anything else similar that day. We both started experiencing stomach cramping about the same time and we both vomited. We had painful cramping all night long. My daughter still feels nauseous. No other symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
