Possibly from a breakfast burrito. My husband and I shared a burrito at 8:30 am. He started feeling pain in his stomach around 10:00 am. I started feeling nauseous around 2:00 pm. Around 4:00, he vomited and I have had diarreha.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
