Deeply suspect packaged spinach greens purchased from there., on 5/23/21. Symptoms started 3-4 hours after eating, with stomach ache. Diarrhea came soon after, with fairly solid material at first, but fully liquid and urgent in the middle of the night. No symptoms the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Footlong blt with pickles olives and onions. My partner also had a veggie sub and felt fine. I was puking and pooping for 30 minutes straight- this hit about 30 minutes after eating my sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Jimmy Dean Egg Whites, Turkey Sausage, Potato and Egg Scramble Bowl.
Within an hour stomach cramping began, then feverish with chills, dizzy feeling with nausea. Began diarrhea and vomiting at almost the same time. Literally having to sit on toilet with trashcan doing both.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills
