I ate two bowls of lucky charms about 9 pm last night. About an hour later my stomach started aching and I had diarrhea. I was able to sleep a little but woke up at 4am with stomach pain and constancy diarrhea. around one o'clock in the morning is when I start to getting the stomach cramps I had severe diarrhea is for diarrhea nauseated and then I went to the restroom And then I threw up so hard that actually had blood coming out of my puke very very badly before I went to work and then while I was at work I went to the restroom again then I'm again then I get nauseated then then I threw up in a trash can at work which to throw up head blood on it.
